Garrett was in promptly and went to great lengths to diagnose a boiler that wouldn't fire. He was also very thoughtful in responses to some follow up questions I had as to repair and replacement options.

Garrett is a Master Plumber and he showed concern for taking care of the problem (flooding in and around the unit), as well as for keeping the unit running well, for the long term. He was also mindful of keeping my costs down. He completed the work efficiently, with professionalism, and explained every step. Garret was able to fix my furnace before a very cold night. It didn't take him long to diagnose the problem then he got the correct parts and I had heat again! I will use this company again in the future if any other problems occur.

Garrett has visited our house on multiple occasions to help with general plumbing questions/help we have had and all have been very helpful trips. On the last occasion he came out, he changed out the waste/overflow assembly on our main floor tub and also installed a new cleanout so we have a much easier time addressing a blockage if we get one in the future. His work was great and everything is working much better than we would of imagined. Highly recommend Garrett for your household plumbing needs.
