- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls cost $75 but we waive it if we do any repair or service (pay only for what you need). Our installation costs are one of the lowest around by any licensed company. We're always upfront and honest with our customers and we really hate surprises for anyone involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer any preliminary questions they may have, then we schedule either a service call or an estimate to help our customer with their project. You can call, text, email or schedule an appointment online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are NATE certified and/or certified in specific specialties. We hold ICC certifications as well as any and all necessary licenses for each municipality.
