- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide fair and honest pricing for our customers. We typically bill our customers a flat rate based on the average time it takes to complete a job and stick to this price even if the job takes longer than expected. We may discount it if it takes a lot less time than expected. We base our estimates on a labor rate of $75 per hour for residential HVAC, electrical and plumbing and $45 for residential handyman services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect the name, address, phone number and e-mail address for each customer. We typically send invoices, estimates and reciepts through email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a tained HVAC technician. This training requires an understanding of electrical and plumbing work. I completed my degree through Redstone College in Denver, CO.
