- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're very upfront with pricing and you'll always get excellent prices with even better quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have a an intro discovery/technology styling call, where we briefly get to know you, assess your business tech closet, and make suggestions based on the services you need. 2. Once we agree on the services you need, we send a service agreement that need to be signed, and a link to an invoice that you can pay via paypal or card. -For most one time projects there is a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining balance is paid before the project is released. -For monthly subscription services, the first month is invoiced right away. 3. During the time we're working on your project(s), we keep an open line of communication so you can email us anytime.
