Introduction: I have 6 years of experience giving customized private in-home lessons to aspiring guitarists of all ages. I also can teach basic guitar maintenance like how to restring your instrument, adjust your truss rod, guitar intonation, etc. I have been playing guitar for 16 years and counting, I have performed solo and in bands across many genres including folk, blues, rock, classical, and jazz. I received my B.A. in Music Theory from Wabash College where I performed a number of classical guitar recitals. I can give you all the tools you need to learn your favorite guitar songs and even compose your own music! I love it when a student gets that sparkle in the eyes when he/she begins making beautiful sounds with the guitar for the first time. It also makes my job fun when my beginner students get to the point of being able to jam out and make awesome music with me.

$20 - 30 minute session $30 - 1 hour session
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to create and maintain a fun personal connection with my new customers. In addition, I will make sure the client's instrument is in good working order and in tune, conduct an initial assessment of client's skill level, give lesson materials, and inquire about what songs the client is excited to learn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my B.A. in Music Theory from Wabash College
