My husband bought a piano for me for Valentine's Day and we could not move it. Kim was very fast with her response to us with an estimate. We scheduled for the next day, movers were on time and very professional!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Kim's Trims for any job!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair standard pricing for scheduled projects and appropriate a fee for rush projects. To be determined based on clients needs and deadlines.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see in person the project to determine the true scope of their vision. Then I formulate my bid for the contracted work. Should you accept my bid we would set the date and sign the purposed contract and complete your project in a timely fashion.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Right now my husband is building us a custom home and this project by far is near and dear to my heart. The home was originally built in 1900 and the wood working is absolutely amazing.
