- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of number of areas needing organization, amount of organization needed and length of job. Estimates given prior to work beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client contacts us, we schedule a phone conversation, so that we may find out exactly what the client is looking for. We ask for pictures of the space/spaces to be done, so that we may get a better feel for the organization needing done, or cleaning. We then wrote up a proposal for the work needing done, and schedule a time to start the work. Once we arrive at the home or business, we walk through the areas to be organized. Sit down with the client, and go over the proposal. At that point, we have them sign the proposal, as well as we sign, stating the price given is approved and that we have been hired for the work. We then begin the task needing done. After we are done, we wrote an invoice stating work that was done, how the bill was paid and paid in full.

Our business has been organizing homes and businesses for years, gaining the experience needed to begin our own company.
