I posted on Thumbtack that I needed help removing a swarm of bees. Harry responded to my posting and said he could be there to do the work the next morning. He was the second person to respond and offered a slightly lower price. I accepted his offer. He arrived timely in the morning of the following day. He assessed the situation, told me what type of bees we had and what needed to be done to eliminate the problem. That, of course, was spraying the area. Harry put on his "uniform" of bee protective clothing. He sprayed all around the area, including spraying bees that were flying. He waited between sprays to see the activity level. After a while it seemed the activity stopped. So, it seemed the treatment was successful. Harry also sprayed around the foundation of my home because he saw evidence of spiders, etc. Harry is a polite person, knowledgeable on the subject. He also drove from Washington D.C. to my home which was approximately an hour or more drive, especially in morning traffic. I would recommend Pannell's Pest Service. Give Harry the opportunity to end your pest problem.
