What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be by the hour for smaller projects, but can also be priced for a completed project or job. If you will be in need of telemarketing type services, pricing can be done per lead. Mobile notary services are based on distance travelled and number of signers or complexity of documents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you at your office or discuss over the phone what needs you have to make your business more productive by using my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have run my own small businesses for over 20 years and have handled my own bookkeeping, marketing and promotions. I am a member of 3 Chambers of Commerce and several Business Networking groups. I am also a Notary Public that is available for mobile Notary services.
