- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive rates, at CPS we are always willing to match or beat our competitors pricing and still give you a better quality Protective Officer for each and every site. WE DO NOT REQUIRE A "TIMED CONTRACT". Our clients aren't forced to stay blinded to our services for any period of time. We simply create an agreement that can be terminated at any point by our client or our company without reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We schedule a meeting (phone or face to face) to go over our customers specific needs. 2.We conduct a site visit, go over details while on site, and make security recommendations. 3. We create a proposal outlining our training addendum, security recommendations and services we can provide. 4.We create an agreement for security services that suits their needs. 5.We create specific post orders for our client's site. 6. We send the amount of trained Protection Officers our clients have requested.
