Denise was very very thorough with cleaning our house. When we came home, our house spelled so good, and everything was sparkling clean. She even surprised us and organized our messy cabinet in our bathroom. This was her first time cleaning our house, and she's hired for good. It's such a huge relief to have found her because when you work long hours, and have a busy schedule like our family does, it will now put us at ease knowing we don't have to stress about coming home to clean because Denise took care of that for us.

Denise called me at 7:48am the morning of coming to clean my home at 9am to tell me that one of her workers didn't sleep the prior night. I hired her because I having a HUGE graduation party and wanted my home extra clean for my guests. Now I will have to scramble to hopefully find someone else to help me. I would highly recommend NOT hiring this person as they are NOT dependable. She left me in a very uncomfortable position.

I am sorry you feel this way. I did state I was going and would do it on my own. Or could do it the next morning with another employee. The one up all night, turns out to be very sick. You told me forget it. Sent another request, I again, guaranteed I could get the work done myself. And before your party. It was not my decision to not clean for you. It was yours that in your opinion the house was to big to clean alone. That was never stated until you yelled. It was stated to be a smaller size in the quote than the size you stated when speaking to you. I'm sorry this couldn't be resolved.
