Tim is, bar none, the best buying and selling agent for waterfront property that we have experienced. We initially chose another agent to act as seller's agent for us, one year later (and four showings), we have the listing to Tim. In less than three weeks, two dozen showings, our house was sold and for a lot more than we were expecting. If you are looking for a high end buying or selling agent for lake front property, you can go wrong.

Tim was my agent for the sale of our home on MagicianLake during the summer of 2015. It was a difficult decision having owned the place for almost 30 years.
