FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard price of $499, but may charge additional for larger/older homes and other factors. I always give a firm price before booking and will never surprise my customer with any hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will handle the booking process for you. 1 call to me, and I handle the rest. I will show up early, and guide you through the inspection so you can learn as much about your new home as possible. You will receive your report on the same day, and the report will include the important information about your home, including pictures of important items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone above the industry standards by completing the necessary apprenticing and educational requirements of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and InterNachi. I sat for, and passed, the nation's most stringent examination for home inspectors, the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE). I also hold certifications to perform Pest/Wood Destroying Insect inspections, Radon Measurement (Technician), Mold & Air Quality assessments, and EIFS/Stucco Inspections.
