I’ve been training with Chad for going on almost 2 years now. When I first started training with Chad I was coming off of a very restrictive diet and had lost a lot of muscle mass and metabolism. With his help and programming, I have gained muscle mass, body confidence, and my metabolism back. I went from barely being able to do a bench press with 45lbs to being able to bench 245 lbs. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I have personal experience in using fitness to help sculpt my body and mind to overcome social anxiety and feel more confident in my own skin. I was active in high-school and participated in football and track, but after school I started working at Honda Mfg. and I quickly fell out of things. I hated the way my clothes fit, how I had no energy all the time and had no real idea who I was anymore. When I first started working out again I had zero confidence to even look up at anyone and was very socially awkward because I couldn't believe I let myself get so out of shape. It wasn't who I was and I'm so proud I made the decision to take back control. After forcing myself to workout CONSISTENTLY and eat better I finally started to find myself again. The benefits I have reaped from being in the gym have outweighed every single day that I felt like quitting and going back to old ways like eating whatever I wanted, avoiding people because I was insecure and numerous other unhealthy habits. There was no way I was going to let myself go back to how I felt. I loved my new life so much I went back to school for Exercise Science, got certified through NASM and quit my job of 5 years to become a personal trainer to help guide others to make a change as well!
