Introduction: I have been working in the housekeeping field for more than 20 years. I'm very professional at what I do and I have never had an unsatisfied customer. My goal is to clean every home or business in a professional manner and to have them so happy that they schedule a next appointment by the time the first is completed! Everything is always done in an orderly and timely fashion. I use my own supplies unless other products are suggested by the customer. I take a lot of pride in what I do. I love to clean!!! I enjoy meeting new people and seeing the reactions of my customers when they walk into their home that has just been cleaned is priceless! Let's face it, we all want to come home to a clean house right?

Dear Anonymous, I do greatly apologize for any inconvenience. But I do believe I spoke with you over the phone and explained my situation. I deal with things in the best professional manner possible, and as I said, I did speak with you. I take great pride in my job, but my family comes first and I just recently lost my mother. But again I do greatly apologize.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80 per home for weekly cleanings. If it is a move out I charge $125 and a once a month clean again it is priced by the number of rooms and how big the home or establishment is. Also $50 for window cleaning but, if you need window cleaning with a standard home cleaning, a price for both can be negotiated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the customer and looking over the home or establishment. Learning the task at hand and answering any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the housekeeping field for over 20 years. I have worked for several hotels over the years, and I was employed by Black Bear Carpet Care in Virginia for over 8 years and Also Castle Keepers of North Charleston SC.
