- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work within the budget given to the meeting planner or event organizer. My philosophy has always been to offer value and over deliver. The money part has always worked itself out organically since I've adopted this approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very involved and available to cater to the needs of my audience. That includes interviewing the leaders from the organization which has hired me - to ensure a successful event.

Certification from Dale Carnegie of Atlanta Led over 250 Live Seminars Spoken at Conferences, Trade Shows, Conventions etc
