- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is done either by the square foot or linial foot. Some jobs can be estimated on time as opposed to by the foot depending on circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to go over entire project and answer any questions or concerns the homeowner may have. if hired then i set a start date.. and once i start a customers job i Do Not Leave Until that job is complete and homeowner is satisfied with end product..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All training was hands on from around the time i was 12 years old
