Introduction: I have been performing magic for over 10 years, trying out various styles to see what suits me, until I found "my voice." I will perform at least a 45 minute Pirate themed, interactive comedy-magic show. Sometimes the shows run a little over, due to audience participation, or the moment is lasting longer than anticipated. Note: I like to find a child to be my primary assistant throughout the show, someone who is old enough to follow directions, and at the same time pull random children from the audience from trick to trick. If this show is for a birthday party, and you want the guest of honor to be my primary assistant, let me know. If you need me to perform a 2 hr show (or longer), I would advise we do 2 shows, with a 15-30 minute break in between, and the 2nd show will be an encore (great for functions when guest are coming and going throughout the party, like a Fall Festival, or 2+ groups for a school) - request a quote and we can work something out. I have performed at Elementary Schools (stage and classroom), Churches, backyard parties, parking lots and parks. If you have a sound system available at your location, let me know the make and model so I can make preparations (To make sure I have a wireless mic that is compatible with your system). I do feature some music in my shows, so I will need to know if i can use a USB Thumbdrive for mp3's, an audio cd, or if I need to bring my laptop and connect it to your audio input. Otherwise, I will bring a portable amp (if necessary), wireless mic and an mp3 player. I love performing for children, because when I mention I need a helper, I have an enthusiastic bunch of kids screaming, begging to be called on next. With children raised differently than I was raised, I love to find out how their mind works. Have they ever seen a colouring book? A Rubik's cube? Do they know how to tie a rope into a knot? Kids are always telling me after the show what they would have loved to see me do, which I try to incorporate into my next show.

I actually saw this guy at Flatwoods Elementary a few years back. I have seen amateur magicians before, where the dialogue feels like it was printed in the instructions when they bought the trick. This guy was very entertaining! My favorite is his "balloon trick". I don't want to ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it. Arr!
