- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As with most industries the phrase "you get what you paid for" also holds true in the professional carpet and upholstery cleaning industry. At Spot Solutions we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality service at a very fair and competitive price. We quote our true prices to our customers over the phone. We have no hidden fees, we are upfront and honest with all of our pricing, and we never push to up-sell our customers. We leave the final invoicing to our technicians in the circumstance that any work to be done was miscommunicated over the phone.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent a number of years helping a cousin grow his carpet cleaning business in Utah, at first as a part-time employee and eventually taking on a much larger role. I helped in many facets of his business, from the administrative side, the marketing side (acquiring new accounts and setting up contracts), to the technician side cleaning everything from carpet, upholstery, car interiors, tile and grout, area rugs, etc., both on the residential side and on the commercial side. As the time passed I decided I wanted to start my own carpet cleaning business. I decided to start Spot Solutions in the Treasure Valley as I had quite a bit of family in the area and I moved here in 2017. I have been stunned by the generosity of the people in the area!
