- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. We follow flat rate pricing which is based on national data. Flat rate books are developed for all items and are based on standard average time required to perform a task. So if a certain repair requires 1 hour to complete, customer pays for only 1 hour even if the technician took 2 hours to repair. This method protects the customer so that they pay a fair price for the service performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all our customers the same regardless of how long they have been customers. We treat customers with respect and carry our work in a professional manner. We are also transparent and keep an honest and open communication with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are qualified and have experiences ranging from 10 to 20 years in the HVAC field. We also conduct intensive in-house training and require our technicians to complete outside training as well.
