Great experience with TemperaturePro. Extremely fast response with quote and service. The technician, Bryan, was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to determine there was no leak in our ac unit; rather, the last service technician from PSE@G did not close our service joints completely which resulted in loss of all the refrigerant. We were so relieved to find out we did not have to replace our unit which is what PSE&G recommended. Very appreciative of TemperaturePro.

Technician is good but the only issue is there was a crack and that could be fixed with flex seal($10) but he said he has to change the entire coil uni($2000). good think is he mentioned we can do it our self and he would not do as he will be liable. something that could be fixed with $10 they want to charge $2000 and replace the unit.

Our experience with TemperaturePro of Central New Jersey was excellent. We had a problem with our heater and called them for a service appointment. The technician showed up on time which is very rare these days. He performed the service in a professional and courteous way. The office staff was very nice to deal with. They made a stressful situation stress-free. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

The service was great! Initially, the technician thought that blower motor was shot. So put in a new one. Then he found the circuit board was shot. Then I asked him to put the new board and the old motor which he did and that saved me from paying for the new motor. I think that there are other companies that would have convinced me to pay for the new motor and made more money. I like this company's honesty and work ethics! I will certainly do business with them in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. We follow flat rate pricing which is based on national data. Flat rate books are developed for all items and are based on standard average time required to perform a task. So if a certain repair requires 1 hour to complete, customer pays for only 1 hour even if the technician took 2 hours to repair. This method protects the customer so that they pay a fair price for the service performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all our customers the same regardless of how long they have been customers. We treat customers with respect and carry our work in a professional manner. We are also transparent and keep an honest and open communication with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are qualified and have experiences ranging from 10 to 20 years in the HVAC field. We also conduct intensive in-house training and require our technicians to complete outside training as well.
