- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I'm not the lowest-priced technician in the area, I can boast that I offer a superior professional service and convenience. If your looking for a cheap fix, I am not your gal. I care what kind of work I do and I'm not cutting corners so that I can cut prices. I do offer a fair price for a quality product and fair labor charge for a professional level of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you hire me to repair your device we schedule a time and place. For phones, I come to your home, work, or local cafe. Because of the adhesive on tablets, I take these overnight to complete at my shop and return the next day. The repair usually takes 1 to 2.5 hours to complete and you are welcome to watch. I test functionality of your device pre and post repair to ensure a successful repair. Your repair has a lifetime warranty barring any pre-existing problems, i.e. bent frame, that will be established prior to any work being done.
