I was delighted to get a message from Luke on a Sunday afternoon within about 20 minutes of my inquiry about the urgent replacement of my leaking hot water heater.
He quoted a good price, about what I expected, and confirmed he could do the work the very next morning.
As promised, Luke arrived on time with a helper. They immediately went to work and did a very professional installation. The work was finished quickly. He took time to show me the controls and be sure the heater was operating correctly.
McClay Plumbing exceeded my expectations and earned my unqualified recommendation.

My hot water heater bought the farm at 9:30pm, water leaking out of the bottom. Reached out to several plumbers for help. Luke responded immediately and was willing to assist with a replacement hot water heater. After a few quick questions and a quote I decided to move forward with McClay's. They showed up the next day at 10:30am with a new hot water heater ready to work. The quality of the install was excellent, working with Luke and his team was a pleasure. I would highly recommend McClay's for your plumbing requirements.

The water heater went out and a few minutes after posting with photos they gave a quote and then a time they would show up. Prompt, professional, personable and they work quick. I will use them again for any plumbing needs.

My LP water heater failed. McClay's was very prompt giving me a quote 20 minutes after I posted it on Thumbtack. They kept me informed when they could come an do the job. It was replaced in less than 10 hours. The price was fair and they cleaned up everything including taking the old heater in about 2 hours.
Work was done professionally and both technicians were friendly and courteous.
