- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the scope of the project. I quote each job individually after learning as many details about the even as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When possible, I love having the opportunity to meet with a new potential client in person. When distance or hectic schedules get in the way of allowing this to happen, I like to schedule a time to speak over the phone so that we can get to know each other and further discuss your photography needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in professional photography from the Hallmark Institute of Photography (2007)
