We use Quantum Sound Productions for all of our PTO events! Whether it is for a smaller crowd, like for our 5th grade picnic, or a larger crowd of thousands for our annual Trick or Trunk event, this business has always been GREAT to work with! Owner, Alex is great at reading the crowd. For our events he keeps kids in mind, picking fun, current and family-friendly music for all to enjoy. We really enjoy the addition of their awesome photo booth as well, and love how we are able to personalize our photo strip for each event! It is a great keepsake for any special event. Not only do they provide great entertainment, but they are also always so great about announcements, helping to make our events safe, informative and extra fun! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All of our Prices are TaX, set up, take down and travel included. Our packages are built for your needs. Unless mentioned, our quotes do not include the ceremony sound system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to know as much about the event as possible and after I send a quote I do a follow up in 24 hours. If I am hired, I enter their info into our online planning system and send an email with log in info. A digital contract is created and both parties sign it and the deposit of 30% is paid either online or by check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In 1999 when I started would watch other DJs work and learn from them. now, I treat every event as a learning experience. in addition I train with other DJs on our MC and mixing skills and attand seminars.
