- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After viewing the property and better understanding needs of the customer, I will go over pricing and payment options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with a customer on the phone, I set up a time to view the property. This affords me the opportunity to get a better understanding of the property and better understand the needs of the customer. There I will again go over my policies and procedures and payment options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over three years of being a business owner and 15 years of snow removal and landscaping experience.
