- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have customers call in regarding the project they are seeking and either offer a free estimate or a quote over the phone. We obtain all of their contact information and call them the day before the desired appointment as a reminder call. If the customer wishes, we will also call when the service technicians are on the way to there home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service technicians have 10+ years experience
