- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small but growing company that is always trying to save the customer money when we are able. We also do discounts on return or multiple jobs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial over the phone conversation, we will discuss briefly about the nature of the project and schedule an appointment. During our meeting, our contractor will evaluate the project, our contractor will listen to your requests, he will evaluate your project and make suggestions. Within 3 business days the customer will be contacted with a quote. If the customer decides to hire MATT'S Interior & Exterior Renovations, then we will meet again so we sign an agreement that describes the scope of work, payment schedule, starting and completion schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have people that come from all different types of back grounds and work experience but we have a combined 35 years of assorted experience in Renovations.
