These young men were willing to compete with all other estimates, they were punctual, provided answers to all our questions about power washing other parts of our house/yard, and gave us a very good price because they want to build their client base.
Lastly, our deck floor looked brand new and they didn't blast off one of my flowers surrounding the deck floor, located on the ground!
