Introduction: I have been in the New Home Construction Business for the last 25 years and have been specializing in installing various flooring products that range from carpet, hardwood, ceramic tile, linoleum, vinyl planks, vinyl tiles, laminate etc. I have experience working for 2 of the largest Flooring Companies in America and have acquired a tremdous amount of product knowledge, state of the art installation techniques and have learned what type of flooring suits what type of situation. I deal directly with some of the best flooring manufacturers in the USA such as Mohawk, Shaw, Armstrong etc as well as utilize some of the most talented installers I have met over the last dozen or so years and the installers including myself are all licensed, insured, and bonded. My goal is to compete with any flooring company regarding price, quality, variety, installation and warranty issues.
The thing about of working for homeowner is that I build relationships with my clients that last for years and it makes me feel good to be able to beautify their homes.

My husband and I went with Scobeyville Homes, Inc to have Vinyl planks and carpet installed. There are a few positive things I can say about this professional. He is a very nice gentleman, always kept in contact with us, and gave us an amazing price.
However, we were disappointed with a few different things. First, the products we were shown and quoted on were not what we received. I caught that early, and asked for an itemized receipt. After asking 7 times, then getting the installers involved, I got an email with the products that were installed. The carpets went in flawlessly, but the vinyl planks were a bit more complicated. We were never given an exact date the installers could come, so a lot of time off from work was taken. The installers never came to look at the job beforehand, and it wasn't described to them right. Luckily, we got the two nicest installers ever, who were dedicated to getting the job done. But Scobeyville Homes, Inc did not know the installers. The floors of scuffed, trim had to be repainted, and paint had to be touched up on my walls. Floors weren't cut right towards the kitchen. Also, I can no longer use my sliding door into the kitchen b/c it is now nailed to the door trim. This review has nothing to do with the installers, they should have been informed better of what was involved.

They were a pleasure to work with. Installed the hardwood flooring like pros and cleaned up and removed old carpet and padding nicely. Price was very affordable!!! Will hire again when needed in the future.
