Introduction: I love the sense of centeredness and peace clients feel at the end of either mat, aerial or a yoga Nidra session. I also love the strength (physical, emotional and inward) that begins to become present for clients.
I enjoy the people and groups I meet along the way. The yoga does not belong to me. The guidance is a gift of sorts to pass along.
