Joy arrived promptly and was lovely to work with. However some of the windows remained uncleaned, the walls still dusty, and the freezer wasn't touched. The cleaning that was done was done well.

There's 2 sides to every story. The windows were thrown in for free. They were cleaned from the inside,as i told her, I don't have the equipment to clean outside windows. The freezer was left plugged in and was freezing everything we tried cleaning it with. The customer wasn't very clear on exactly what she wanted us to clean. We did our best, with what information we had to work with from her. I would have went back to clear things up,but never heard back from the customer.

23 Year's of experience and knowledge from all the different types of businesses ive worked in.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I applied to a cleaning ad,looking for cleaners immediately. A man named Chuck,called me to come fill out paperwork. He put me and 1 other person to work that same day. shortly after there was a crew of 4 of us. We were cleaning 4 buildings a night, 5 nights a week, which lasted 4 years. I have since worked for a few other cleaning companies,gaining more experience and knowledge of the cleaning field , with a total of 23 years of experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been around all kinds of customers from picky to laid back.
