- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 4 pricing tiers that range from $1,800 through $5,500 for our highest package. Each package has different options tailored to fit the needs of the couple. When you hire us, we allow you to spread out your payments according to your preference. We only require your final payment to be made no more than a month to your wedding date. Our prices we quote on Thumbtack are already discounted, since those searching for pros here are usually looking for a deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer expresses interest in having use photograph them, we invite them over to our house if they’re close by just to sit and get to know them better. If they’re not closer to us, we just meet them halfway at a coffee shop. We then let them tell us their story, and get more details about what they are looking for. After that, we go through our process with them and explain to them what we can offer them. If they like that, we then go through our prices and educate them on which options would work best for them based on the details they provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning to be better at what we do. We were personally coached and trained by multiple award winning photographer, Ben Adams from Style & Story Creative.
