- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All the projects have different complexity and requirements so every project has a different price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we set up an initial meeting where I get to know the project, and I will send an quote for the work. If we agree, we will start working right away. The process starts with an initial low fidelity mockup of the application, once it is approved we move forward to do a high fidelity mockup. Once everything is approve we start coding the new website or web application, a beta is released for the client to check and then we work on final details of finish the product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a UX/UI designer and developer, I'm a graduate of the #1-ranked International Business program at the University of South Carolina and I hold a masters’ degree in software engineering from Loyola University Chicago. I specialize in creating digital products, expert in helping businesses get their messages out, clearly, concisely and accurate through technology and design.
