FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the amount of sessions requested at one time and whether you want to become a member of the gym I train you from so you can workout on your own as well. If you desire to become a member, the investment is anywhere from $60-70 a session. If you are not a member, the investment is $65-75 a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are given a complementary session so we can figure out as a team what the individual needs to work on and figure out our action plan for the coming weeks/months. During this free session we will assess your goals, experience, any special needs, run through a quick exercise test and we will give you a free measure of all of your body metrics with a bioelectrical impedance scan and a Fit3D scan to give us as much information as we could possibly need to make sure we are making progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
