$100 per hour onsite service $75 per hour remote support Pricing can be negotiated, depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers receive the first consultation for free. First we speak with the customer and understand their needs. Once we have an understanding of their needs, we research the project and provide and estimate for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems. 14 years experience working with different networks and providing customer support in different industries for small businesses to global Fortune 500 companies.
