Alex arrived right on time for our scheduled project. Throughout the scheduling process he stayed in touch and kept me updated. He even added a personal message for my wife to see on Christmas as the piano tuning was a surprise I was setting up for her. He set to work and was able to diagnose what would be needed to complete the project right away. The piano needed additional repair and tuning and I felt the the additional charges were necessary and fair as he spent quite a bit of time to make sure all was good before leaving. I would definitely call on Alex again when needed.Dec 29, 2018VerifiedAlex Swanson Music's reply
Thank you for your thorough and detailed review, Mark! Happy New Year!
Traffic complicated his arrival, but he notified me right away and offered to reschedule since he would be delayed. My schedule wasn't tight and I was happy to accommodate the delayed arrival. He got right to work and finished very close to the original time. He explained what he did an why. Also discussed the timing and the expectations for the next tune up.Dec 23, 2018Verified
