- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to personally meet any new client(s) to get a better understanding of their needs, tastes and expectations. I come with a few different menu options based on the information provided either online or by phone. This gives you the opportunity to choose from the menu or we can create one that has a more personal feel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Art Institute obtaining my Associates degree along with working with Art of Flavor Catering, Fresher Sacramento, US Senior Open at Del Paso Country Club.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always helped my mom cook growing up. When I was a sophomore in high school I was given the opportunity to not only earn credits but get paid as well in a new program called Outside Work Experience. This is where I learned everything from running the front of the house to back of the house. I have been in and out of the food industry for 29 years now and still have a passion for cooking.
