- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a prospective customer calls the office to set an appointment for one of our designers to visit their home to assess what the customer wants to have done, make recommendations, show color samples, review product information and warranties, and give them a price of what it would cost to do their project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the family business, worked my way through college and began full time work after graduation. Many years later (2002) my wife and I purchased the business from my parents.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and commercial
