Introduction: I believe in excellent customer service and making sure my clients understand what they are signing. I have been in the notary industry since 2009 and have a lot of returning clients and referrals. I offer a variety of services such as vehicle title, bill of sale, lien releases for private parties, travel letters for children, General and durable power of attorneys, and also offer apositile services for birth certificates and Powers of Attorney to be used in other countries. I also work along with a very well-known lawyer in Nuevo Casas Grandes Chihuahua Mexico lawyer Raul hinojos to service our clients in the States who may have properties out in the state of Chihuahua Mexico and would like to give Powers of Attorney to other family members that live out of USA. Effective August 1st 2021 I am now also a certified Notary Signing Agent for Real estate in the state of Arizona.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices and fees are set around mileage travel distance between my office and the clients travel location as well as legal stamp fee and convenience fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide my client my rates and what I will need in order to complete the notarization and schedule our appointment. I do in-office appointments and I also travel for an additional cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I take trainings with the state secretary of Arizona Notary commission’s office to make sure I stay up-to-date with any changes I also take online courses through the National notary association.
