- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with someone new it is important to hear them out fully. I want to know any and all dietary restrictions or preferences as well as dietary changes they would like to transition into. I am here to support them and give them the best food experience possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained at the Art Institute Fort Lauderdale in their Culinary Arts program and have worked as the Healthy Eating Specialist for Whole Foods Market
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in this industry to fill a need in my community. Through my own medical struggles I realized that there was a serious gap and disconnection from our food system. I aim to connect that gap and help people live healthier through their food.
