One of the tasks was to have Tom reroute some wiring for our well and water system from inside through the wall to an outside junction box and conduit for a more professional appearance. Everything worked prior to his changes, afterwords, not so much. The well pump failed to work correctly despite me asking twice if he tested his changes. Tom said he was confident that his connections were correct, but he couldn't figure what was wrong and left the site. I had to call the well company at an additional charge for them to fix the problem who determined the problem was with the changes that were made. Tom broke the white water pipe and instead of using a union to give the proper length to the pipe, put a new elbow and stuck a rock under the pipe to make up for the difference.
When I called Tom, he replied that he did what I wanted. He took no ownership for mistakes.

I did try to complete the job but then they brought the idiot son in. You can't fix stupid and they know it.
