- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The business relationship begins with quickly supplying basic but specific information to the client- company and personal background, basic fees, list of services, sample agreement and a synopsis of services and time frames. I seek to learn the client goals and desires and quickly assess whether I think I can be helpful in their achievement. I prefer my new clients to speak with existing and former clients to get a more complete picture of the level of service I work to provide.
