My wife and I hired Ideal Renovations to remodel or kitchen. Give it a new facelift Michael and his team came in very clean professional and well mannered. Ready to work and help us with a designer we hired to make this work. Once the cabinets arrived the total job took approximately 4 weeks cabinets, flooring, and new recess LED Lightning. We're very pleased with the craftsmanship and would recommend his services to friends and family.

Was shopping around for basement remodel estimate. Every contractor that I received a estimate from wanted 20k - 30k. I just didn't have that in my budget. Mike from Ideal Renovations gave me a estimate coming in at 16k. Also was doing more work far as demo and not just covering over the existing. So I went with Mike he showed me his insurance and license information gave him a deposit and he started the next week. My man cave is done. He did a fantastic job and I'm 100% satisfied with the service. He does great work!!!

We used Ideal to survey a large scale project to renovate a warehouse and to build out a commercial studio. The work done was beyond meticulous and clean. Michael has a thorough knowledge of build code and architecture. Please do not hesitate to use Ideal for all of your construction project needs large or small. You will be in good hands!

took a deposit and never delivered work.....claims to be sending back deposit....we are waiting

Sorry to hear that. But we received a deposit for 100.00. Also refunded the money back to the home owner. Reason for the refund wasn't lack of integrity but due to the fact the special order doors were sent damaged. This information was communicated back to the client. With a full refund into their account. So Randall Grass it wasn't necessary to leave such a bad review when in fact you were refunded the money and it was a valid reason for the delivery of the two interior doors.
