- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do have set pricing for our work. Once we determine what the problem is and how to correct it our price that the customer receives doesn't change. We stand behind our prices, no surprises, no gimmicks nothing added at the end of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to residence at a time that's suitable for them. Listen to their problem, then explain what we will do to correct it. I will explain to them the most effective and least costly way to approach the problem. If everything is agreed upon then a contract will be written and signed explaining the work to be done and the payment to be made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at this profession since 1982. I have owned my own business since 1989.
