- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the square footage of the property. Please call for a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The home inspection can be scheduled by the individual or their real estate agent. An electronic contract will be sent detailing the date, time and cost of the inspection and can be approved on line. During the inspection process, it's encouraged to ask questions. The goal is that by the end of the inspection to have a complete understanding of condition and systems of the property. A detailed report will be emailed within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From high school through my college years, I worked for building contractors on projects ranging from modest renovations to complete home construction. After graduating as a mechanical engineer and ending my career in the corporate world, I received training through ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and started my second career as a home inspector. I have thoroughly enjoyed the chance to be back in the construction field.
