FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a couple of pricing systems we employ depending upon the property or the services requested. For example, for larger commercial areas needing to be cleaned we utilize square footage pricing. For some cleaning contracts we charge per hour. And at times, we charge a flat-rate service fee. There are pros and cons to any pricing system, but we generally try to give the best value to our customers while making a fair earning for the company. That is why viewing the property or job before giving an exact quote is fundamental in our ability to provide quality services at affordable rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basic communication - clear, open, and honest. I like to get to know a little about the person and visit the site to discuss the details of the job. Once that is done, I give the exact dollar amount for the services needed, and if the customer and I come to terms, we select a start date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Much of my training comes from previous work experience (OJT) within the past 25 -30 years, some of which includes working for EJ Ryan Real Estate; IRC Recycling; and Private Industry Council (PIC). I also have an Associate Degree and Department of Labor certifications.
