Chef Blair is from New Orleans Louisiana and comes from a family of chefs. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu at the top of her Class and went on to do great things in the industry. She travel to Alaska and cooked as lead cook in the King Salmon, on of Princess cruise line fine dining resturants and then moved on to become on of the Ritz Carlton Atlanta'so lead Chefs. She is the leaning Coach and team leader. Chef Blair specialize in Cajun, vegetarian, vegan, Latin and southern cuisine

Chef Blaire's food is amazing! Her pallet is spot on and he bright disposition brings light to every function! No complaints only praise! Book her if you love great food! Can't go wrong!

I've had tons of her dishes & they are always delicious. Some dishes can stand to be a little more spicy. Bring the heat!
