FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, just like our customers, each job is different so there is not a standard pricing system. They rarely require the same amount of labor hours, or gallons of paint/stain, which is why I prefer to "put my eyes" on the work that needs to be completed and make detailed notes to deliver a unique price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes coming out to deliver a free estimate on the work requested. This will also serve the purpose of an introduction. Each homeowner should feel comfortable with whomever they decide to hire. Next, I will send them a professionally drafted estimate sheet with the details of the project costs for them to review and sign at their earliest convenience, should they agree with this price listed. And finally, we will come in on the date agreed upon and fulfill the contract previously discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training come from being on a paint crew since I was 15 years old. I eventually continued my fathers business as the full owner but with the same skills and standards of craftsmanship that he taught me though all those years.
