- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when I first meet with a customer I walk the project or the area over with the customer letting the customer explained everything that is wrong or everything that they want out of this project then at that moment I like to give the customer a step-by-step plan that I intend to go strictly by that way they feel comfortable when they see me do step one they know what step 2 is going to be and I always tell the customer please stop me if you have any questions I want them to feel comfortable in understanding what's going on I by no means and perfect and a customer may see a problem that I don't.

my father Built Homes when the Eastern Shore all of his life and I spent most of my Summer breaks from school carrying shingles carrying wood just learning through repetitive motion
