- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are usually by square footage, but every home and customers needs vary so we will work up a cleaning plan that fits customers budget & needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we would like to go and do in home quote to view house and go over specifics with customer on rate and exactly what customer and our expectations are or if preferred we can give over the phone quote after hearing about customers needs and give an estimated rate site unseen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experiences in life have given us a unique set of skills to provide you with the highest quality of customer satisfaction for your cleaning needs. Jen has managed a very successful home cleaning and auto detailing companies over past 12 years. She managed a high end car & boat detailing company in Florida, this experience has helped her develop a keen eye to details. She has managed a cleaning business that has been on the Indy A-List for the past two years allowing her great success in creating a comforting relationship with customers by going above and beyond the normal cleaning company. Example: if a customer calls with concerns Jen would personally go and fix any needs that needed addressed that day or next. Troy has worked in ministry as a Pastor and Youth Pastor, and presently is near finishing his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This experience has allowed him to be passionate and concerned about the needs of our customers. He has worked with Jen the past two years in residential and commercial cleaning services leading him to training new cleaners to get them to our Elite standards we demand for our customers.
